Im Having troubles with a quest. Where would I find a Golden Hawk or somthing in a quest the indian guy

After you speak to him, a quest should open up from the bartender to defeat a thief. Once you complete the challenge, then a quest will open up from the waitress. You can get the Golden Falk from her by paying $170 and giving her a blue bandana.
