Valentine's Day Contest Rules

The following page contains all information and contest rules for the Valentine's Day Contest 2021. Please be aware that by sending a contest entry, you are committed to following these rules.

§1 General

  • The game rules and the General Terms and Conditions apply to this competition. Additional rules may apply in the individual game description.
  • The organizer is The West Team, who will take part in any juries. Members of The Team are excluded from participating.
  • This contest is open to any player with a registered forum account. Participation is free.
  • These policies are subject to change at any time without notice.
  • This contest runs between 2021-02-12 12:00 CET and 2021-02-16 23:59 CET.

§2 Contest information

  • The contest is made up of 3 different games. Every game has separate rewards and it becomes available at different times.
  • You can access the contest overview page from the top of the forum. There you can select the game in which you would like to participate. Every game has a separate description, in order to submit a valid entry you should follow it.
  • Contest schedule:
    • Game 1 starts: 2021-02-12 12:00 CET
    • Game 2 starts: 2021-02-13 12:00 CET
    • Game 3 starts: 2021-02-14 12:00 CET
    • Deadline for all entries: 2021-02-16 23:59 CET
    • Winners will be announced latest until 2021-02-21 23:59 CET
  • All contest entries are not publicly visible during the contest, they can be seen only by the respective player and the moderator team.

§3 Prizes

  • Every game has individual prizes, which are also indicated in the game description, and there is also a possible reward for players who participated in all 3 games.
  • Game 1 - Rewards (drawn at random):
    • 5 x 200 Bonds
    • 2 x 9000 Hearts
    • 1 x 200 Nuggets
  • Game 2 - Rewards (drawn at random):
    • 5 x 200 Bonds
    • 2 x 16000 Hearts
    • 1 x Choose 2 items from Valentine events 2014-2020
  • Game 3 - Rewards:
    • Drawn at random: 200 nuggets
    • Voted by The West Team for being the most creative one:
      • 1. place: Creativity set
      2. place: 500 Bonds
      3. place: Choose 2 items from Valentine events 2014-2020
  • Drawn at random from players who participate with valid entries in all 3 games:
    • 1 x Old avatar
    • 3 x Large heart bags
    • 3 x 300 Nuggets
  • The winners will be drawn at random after the contest entry deadline among all valid entries. The only exception is Game 3, where some rewards are determined based on The West Team judge.
  • In the unlikely case nobody meets the criterium of having participated in all games with valid entries, the bonus prize cannot be given out.
  • A player may be eligible for multiple rewards from multiple games, but only one per game category.

§4 Contest entry rules

  • Every player can participate only with one account on this contest, even if they have more accounts on different worlds.
  • For every game only one entry is accepted. If more entries are created only the first one is taken into consideration.
  • Contest entries cannot be modified or deleted. If you would like to revoke your entry report your forum post or contact the support team. By revoking your entry you will be disqualified from this contest.
  • Disclosing the answers for the contest is prohibited during the contest.
  • Players violating any of the contest rules will be disqualified from the contest.
  • If a player is disqualified they cannot win in any categories during this contest.

§5 Claiming the rewards

  • Should you win a prize in the event, it can only be granted to the account that won.
  • After the winners were announced you will need to create a support ticket in order to request your reward.
  • For your request you will need to select "Contest" as a ticket type and as world the one where you would like to receive your reward.
  • In the case of Choose 2 items from Valentine events 2014-2020 rewards you can choose whatever 2 items from sets that were receivable from Valentine Events during 2014 and 2020. You may even choose 2 from the same item.
  • In the case of Large heart bags rewards the player needs to make sure that they don't have one unused on the world where they want to receive the reward. In case the player has this item on all the worlds where they play, the reward can be substituted with 600 bonds.
  • You can request your prizes until 2021-03-07 23:59 CET.
