How is that even possible? That is like a very high level job!

For a pure trader you don't have to be that high. Trading with Indians is 2x Trading and 2x Appearance. That's 4 labor points per level from Charisma and 6 per level from skill points in Trading.

Edit: And that's without gear. You should have the gray bowler by then for +1 charisma and +11 trading, which is 26 labor points from the hat alone. If you can finish Unforgiven, you'll have the green shirt, that's another +9 appearance, or 54 labor points.
