Resolved "Your bid could not be placed" ... why?

This keep coming up when I try to bid for an item.

Yes I am in a town with a market.
Yes I have enough cash on me.
Yes I can purchase it as it has unlimited purchase rights for everyone.

Any ideas?

I feel like I have to explain this 30 times a day, a simple search or look on this first page would get you the answer but I will once again explain it.

You cannot place a bid because the item you're trying to purchase has a BUYOUT only price. So it should look something like $2500 ---- 04:21:13 instead of $2500 $1750 04:21:13 that ---- means buyout price only so you would have to place $2500 as bid in order to purchase said item.
