Good ol' P&P threats. Towns demanding the forts once they come out. I believe outsiders can join in on shootouts and hope this will lead to towns hiring "mercenaries" to aid in taking over/defense. Update the happening SVP

i love being a mercenary. i get to duel people, get awesome items for the town member price, no extra cost, and i get to duel people until they get knocked out. its fun to watch the people who think they're invincible get demolished utterly.
