most of the people in this forum played the WWII game, and we all know how that works. so how about the same idea except on the scale of a single battle? here's an example:
RUSSIANS:
corporal stravosky: 7 hp
sergeant donvoysk: 3 hp
private ivanov: 9 hp
BRITISH:
private smith: 4 hp
captain youngman: 6 hp
2nd lieutenant john: 10 hp
any of you think this could work?
