What is this and how do I fix it?

I got a note that wont let me go further that says..

Login Data Expired.

Your login identity has expired. to continue playing you will have to re-login on the login page.

So I logged off (deleted the cookie) and retyped all my info and i still get the same message.. it only happens on my guy on world 4 not on world 10 or 11

Any idea's?
