Worst injury when working?

I screamed for no apparent reason while picking beans and I lost 1 health point, I really didn't understand that one.

"You drive you spade into your foot. You lose 28 health points"

the spade most of gotten in pretty deep...

no injuries when working for me yes, i work too carefully to have anytinhg happen to me *turns round and smacks face against a wall*
