After talking to a few others, it looked to me like there was no common in-game World 12 forum that was open to any town to view. These forums are particularly useful for towns in small alliances or independent towns without any alliance forum networks.
Anyway, I have started a World 12 forum as an initiative to fill that gap. All towns of 2 or more players have been invited so far, and a little under half of those invited have accepted already.
That leaves a lot of towns still to accept. Some will not want to of course and others are just inactive, but quite a few just don't know what its all about, so I hope this post helps
