World 11 will not load.

For some reason W11 will not load. I tried Arizona to make sure it wasnt just me and it loaded fine. Am I missing something? Would like to get on it asap for July 4th event. Thanks.
 
Issue resolved, just needed to clear cache I guess. Thanks.
