I asked this at long time ago, I think they are working on the updates.
Things that I know about these games is that a new server means more money will be spend. And they nneed to reach a certain number of players on the last lauched world. And need to have suficient money entering. I belive that will not have a new world.

When the next updates kick in and eventually the new Forts are implemented youll have far more to do, than time, I imagine!No but I want to play on more servers.
Or try running four towns in four different worlds!

Every time server x is launched, two weeks later people start asking when server x + 1 will open. If you absolutely need to play on more than 8 worlds for some reason, play on one of the foreign language servers and translate as you go with Google. You really don't gain much by starting on a newly opened world. Two of my favorite accounts are w3 and w4, both of which I started about a week after w7 opened.
