World 10 Where are you.

Im trying to log into my account via an welcome to the west email. Im registered in world 10 and Ive been logging in this email in the past and getting to world 10. And now its world 12? You guys send a welcome email for my pride and joy game and I get into world 10 and then you change worlds on me? And Ive tried the upper right link where it brings me to the list of worlds. It brings me to the register page for World 10 and then when I click that I already have an account it zooms me back to log in for world 12. I dont know what the problem is.

World 12 is showing because it's the recommended world. All that ever shows are worlds you play and the recommended world(s), which is grayed out if you don't play it. If you haven't logged in for a while, your w10 account has been deleted for inactivity.
