You have an option for Brown clothing or Black clothing, the secret one is a Linen shirt - 2 x Strength, 2 x Dodging and 2 x Animal Instinct.

Get the secret as it is part of the set only builders can get.

"Set" is misleading, since the linen shirt isn't part of an item set as of yet, still, I would (and did) take the linen shirt just in case, although my town's tailor had both the black and brown clothing, and I already had both, but I still would have taken the linen.
