Worker Build

Howdy all, I'm sure if I spent enough time searching through all these post id find what im looking for but maybe yall could speed it up a bit and help me by giving me some tips on building a decent worker, sadly im already lvl 29 but i did figure that a worker would be mostly construction. Im confussed as to were to put some other skills and does the higher the construction mean buldings get built faster or is that only based on the lvl of your town hall???

Any help would be cool :) Thanks yall

Higher construction = more labor points = more building points for the same money.
Higher town hall level = lower difficulty = more labor points.
