Work:items and products

Hmm... If you work longer , like say two hrs. Are you more likely to get something?
Also, I'm a.d.d. So I get bored while sitting around and waiting to finish jobs, what is a good way to decrease this boredom?

Yes, you are more likely to recieve an item when you work for 2 hours rather than 30 minutes. A good way to decreas boredom is queue your jobs, X-out, and do something else while you wait for 4 hours.

30 minutes is more effective for everything but building (in towns) because motivation used is the final motivation. Almost everyone uses 2 hour jobs though. Building uses starting motivation so 2 hours is most effective.

Building uses starting motivation so 2 hours is most effective.
Actually the duration wouldn't matter, if that's the case. Only the starting motivation. If you build only at 100%, it'll be the same end result. You can either build more often in shorter stints or less often in longer ones, but your motivation returns at the same rate regardless and you'll end up getting the same amount of work done over time, plus or minus the rounded off part of a fraction here or there.

Of course, if you can't hover perpetually, you'll naturally favor the 2 hour stints. ;)

Yes, and if you only build for 30 mins, you're probably going to build another 30 mins at lower motivation.
