Has anyone killed Chief Wogon? I am also having trouble killing him.

This intergalactic bureaucrat will always have slightly less health than whatever you have. So what you need to do is lower your health to a range that matches the max damage you can deal. Then put on clothes that maximize your appearance and aiming and set your dueling tactics appropriately and you should be able to KO the Wogon Chief.

He said the Wogon Chief copies your stance, skills and HP. Duel some NPCs until your HP is lower than the damage you can deal in a duel.
Set your stance to stand up straight and wear appearance clothes if you want an extra advantage.

Jupp, its works. Im a tank (7200 hp).
Dueled him 130 times, hit him 2k every time. He didn't die before my hp was below 2k.
