Duel someone who you know you can beat but is significantly higher duel level. Try to do it in exp gear mixed with a little duel gear(you need to win ofc). Seconds before the duel ends you activate the boost. The exp is calculated the moment it ends. So the 1000% counts if you activate it seconds before the end.

Then find a good Silver job nearby you can spam in full exp clothes. Go there in full speed gear to waste as little time as possible. During this spamming 15s you should duel as many bandits as possible.

That's how I use mine at least.maybe other people have better options.
 
If you are a dueler. Go to a silver job with high XP. Start a duel with a high level that you can win. Last 2 seconds press the buff. When duel is completed start doing 15s on the silver job you are currently and in between do NPC duels.

In total you can do 16 NPC duels and 20 15s and 1 duel in those 5 minutes. Can easily farm 200k + each 5 minute of buffs.

Its not possible to make 24 15s jobs. 4x6=24 24/15=6 minutes , you can do 20 which is exactly 5 minutes. You can get exactly 20 if you are a dueler or you can try getting 20 if non dueler but its petty hard, you will end up doing around 16-20 most of the tiems if you're not a dueler.

Each 15s will be around 900-1.1k with a modern XP set combination. You can also get between 1k-7k from NPC duels ( this is pure RNG, you might be getting always like 4k 5k 6k but sometimes you will get only 1k 2k 3k , difficulty doesnt matter anyway so yeah ) and from a duel you just multiply the XP you can get from a player. So lets say for example you open the saloon from the town and you check for the player with the most XP that can give you. Lets say he gives you 5.3k XP , thats without any buffs, so just do 1000% ( + your set combination XP , for me its 535% so 1535% ) 5300+1535%=86.6k XP.



Obviously the higher the dueling level the more XP you can get.



So in short you got from 5minutes 86.6k ( duel vs player ) + 3k x 16( average NPC duel ) = 48k + 20 x 950 ( average 15s XP ) = 19k . In total you got 153.6k XP in 5 minutes.

That's about correct, 1 thing i want to point out is that you cant do 20 jobs, because the buff is exactly 5 mins and even if you timed it exactly it has to still have 1-2 sec during the duel so maximum is 19 jobs. When you say 16 NPC duels is when you also have a reset for NPC duels or 16 is just how many duels you can have refreshed in those 5 mins.

Its 16 if you duel in between the last 20 seconds. NPC has a timer of 1:40 seconds to refresh, but at 1:20 you have a 20 second window you can use to duel a new NPC. You can do that by refreshing the page when it says 20 seconds left.

That means that if you also time the NPC reset that happens every 30 mins to fall in those 5 mins you can get 20 duels in total.
