It's a new world. There are ghost towns in the Eastern squares of the map where you can sleep for $10. They are very very very very hard to see. You will probably have to zoom in on the mini-map to find them. You'll have to use those until towns start popping up with hotels.

I believe its been said in another thread but....
The ghost towns are located in each of the four most eastern squares and are generally about half way up and to the east of those individual squares.

PS they are GREY dots and can blend into the terrain so look hard!

you can also go through the ranking.. look for the towns. Such as Boston.But now there's player towns starting to crop up, so should be much easier to find a place to rest.
