Why do I only get this on W1?

When ever me or my sister try to play on world 1 now, we get this address. We just took over a town, I had two days of premium service left and bam, now I can't get into World 1.
I can play on other worlds, but only get to the interface but now world map or inventory, nothing for World 1.

Try hard refreshing (ctrl+F5, depending on browser), or clearing your cache and/or cookies. You could also try a different browser.

I remember when this happened to me with the partially black screen. I was so mad and so frustrated cause I could not get an answer from anyone about how to solve the problem. XD
