Why can't I login?

Haven't been able to login today-does any one else have this problem? It says the login is not available, I send a "ticket" for support and this is the 3rd ticket I have sent and no reply on any of them yet-and no I didn't send all three tickets today one is over a week old with no reply. Curious if anyone else was having trouble

it appears to be on and off leave it 10 mins try again or alternatively try closing the program and re-opening or refreshing they usually do the trick
