Who is Big Fred.

So who is Big Fred supposed to be? I can figure the others from their appearance and names from western movies.

Van Cliff - Lee Van Cleef
Brinson - Charles Bronson
Westwood - Clint Eastwood

Unfortunately, anytime I hear of Jack Elam, the crazy doctor from Cannonball Run pops into my head.

I can't think of how they'd get Big Fred from him though. He was in Big Bad John (based on the old Jimmy Dean song), but he didn't play Big Bad John.

Supposedly there was a Big Fred character in Django Unchained, but I never saw the movie so I don't know how that character compares with the image.
