Where can I find the Pearl Necklace for the Dancer Set?

I have all the other pieces, but I can't figure out whether I find it in a quest or in a store. None of the stores I've searched have it. Help please!!

It's not a product. It's an item and therefore must be found by doing a job with a high luck percentage. According to weststats, less than 1% of people who have imported their inventories have the pearl necklace. Expect to look for it for a while.
