For those of you who want information:
Recruting is Open (sadly, that's not a typo) has 14/20 members
and level 6 stores, containing 5 special items and the Pony.
Their bank is level 5, and hotel level 3.

They have a respectable dueling record, at 417 wins to 372 losses.
Their members's levels range from 9 to 34, with an average level of 26.

Their town is one above the bottom left corner, between the bottom and middle of the center of the county.
