These values are configurable on the fly, so the intention is to adjust them as balancing would require, something like 42v42, 84v84, 120v120. Of course there haven't been any battles with the new formula yet (excluding Polish servers) so we don't really know what will be appropriate.Can we get a quantified and defined definition of "....bringing the maximum attacker to defender ratio closer to 1:1." instead of having to guess at it?
The West Wiki now states that attackers can have 50, 100, adn 140 respectively at smalls, mediums and larges.
What are these new quantities going to be for attackers with this patch?

This messes up the gear sets we have for fort fighting and all the time and money spent getting them. Because of that, it will upset some players and a few or more may even quit because of it. Changing the skills was OK but not making our gear sets bad in the process. Perhaps you can update some of the gear used too?

So hiding is defense and setting traps for attacking?

Stamina was for attackers, and hiding for defenders. After the swap, it is now hiding for attackers and setting traps for defenders.
