There was discussion at one point of this patch changing town layouts, making buildings have higher levels and repairs being needed to buildings.

We can always speculate like I've speculated a month ago that it'd be in about a month because of thorough new duelsystem testing and achievements.
The update 1.32 on .net you can expect next week. It's implemented on .de worlds 1&2 last friday and today it's also on their world 3, probably the rest of worlds there will get updated later today or sometime tomorrow. It's pretty odd noone posted this on .net forums yet.
And when we'll see w15? Soon it seems. Very soon.

Well 1.31 was released with a partially finished crafting and poker. So it isn't that surprising.

Just pulled down my pants, threw away my belt and changed into Al's belt and black linen pants. Kinda pornstar outfit, but a nice addition to the set attributes for sure!
Fun quest, new job, building palisades which gives a random item!
Just curious for stats and achievements!

A number of achievements have been completed in on my character but not marked as completed on the my achievement list. Is this a known bug or should I go through and write down all the ones that haven't properly updated.

I was going to report that, then I read the announcement, but it does sound like achievements are supposed to be updated now. I'm missing a lot of collections on w4, my original collector, where I'm only showing 5 collections. Looking at all the ones I'm not getting credit for, it does show the items checked.
