No premium, no praying. Found it after two hours. No joke.

also try to find a location that has little to no other players at it. I have found that for some reason the amount of players "farming" a location has an effect on yoru chances of finding stuff.
mind you that could just be a bug

I got the flag in first hour of work w/o premium.
I canceled 2 hour work after 1 hour and few min and;-) you can imagine my supprise when i saw the flag in report
On the other hand I had big problems to find wool, 3 peices of wool delayed me for 2 days ;-) many hours of working resulted with no wool found.
