Unable to use 9000 Pretzels

I attempted to use 9000 Pretzels and I was livid when it asked me to bribe but was unable to do so as I had forgotten that I had just activated Premium Automatoion and Premium Energy so I was refused the opportunity to bribe
I was asked if I would like to purchase Nuggets and I clicked ok but was unable to accomplish that task until I cancelled my 9000 Pretzel try
I them purchased Nuggets but the opportunity to use the Nuggets had been removed
Could I please have the 9000 Pretzels returned
I have screen shots to prove what took place@ see below

Just wait for timer to finish than hit the rare and you'll get it for free.

The nuggets purchase doesn't update unless you refresh.

not true, if you have enough nuggets to buy whatever you are looking to purchase, then when you buy the nugget counter will reset according to [original amount of nuggets - cost of item purchased + newly purchased nuggets] but if you don't have enough for action at hand then will have to refresh.

Guess you didn't see his screenshots.....

He clearly decided to buy nuggets to be able to bribe(which is a small silly broken feature since you can't do due to needing to refresh while you should be able to bribe after refilling nuggets......)

There is one more option when not having enough pretzels for bribe. If you are on jobs, have those in Q (1 hr ones for this is best) than best thing to do is just leave bribe window open and wait for job(s) finish and you have enough pretzels for bribe. Ofc this means that during that time nothing else can be done in game, since once bribe window is closed we can't bribe anymore.

I've fallen and I can't reach the salt to sprinkle on my pretzel...
Please send help....
The pretzel can't be bribed and the salt won't cooperate...

No worries, replies support, as well have another tombola event later this month, or at least by Christmas, to distract you our current dysfunctions.
No fix is needed when distractions are introduced.

i didn't realise this was a bug - thought it was a strategic ploy to get you to buy more nuggets as it resets your counter
