Can anyone please tell me where i can find the english translation guide for once you've started a town.

I placed another thread asking what a certain translation meant. Now when i click on a citizen i get three different options...only they are in german (which i don speak).
appoint to Stadtgründer
degrade to Bürger
entlassen

Is the whole game like this?

Is there a 'in town english guide/walkthrough etc'?

I just cant seem to get on at the moment but really want to make this work.

PLEASE HELP

You can find most help already tranlslated into English if you click the "?" at the bottom of your main map screen

thank you - just tried it thats not got the answers unfortunately.
The bit is....you goto your town, then town hall, then citizens, then click on one of them, then??????(thats the german bit)????

first option gives them founder status,
second option takes away their current status,
third option kicks them.

degrade to Stadrat = demote to Town Counciller
