Towns w Brown Shawl ?

Before someone locks this thread ... this is a W-1 forum and a W-1 question, and there are zero other threads with the word "Brown" in the title of a thread on the W-1 forum.

There are no towns in the "Town Items" thread that list this as an item in their store and since it is a rank 9 item - it can not be seen just from looking at the General Store.

ps: (The Shadow City is looking to create a shopping agreement with a town that has a Brown Shawl. Mail me in-game if interested.)
