town raiding

:bandit:im in a small town so my raiding is low but anyway soon i plan on dueling with the people in my town to make a raid i want to make everyone(2) to get out of the town and leve but i think one guy is inactive kind of ruins so of it kill he active right:bandit:

You can't force people from their town. If a player is inactive then you really aren't going to be able to force him from his town. As long as one player is still there you can't make it go ghost in order to take it over.
