I can send invites to anyone interested in joining my town. -W- is still being built, but it has a level 5 hotel, and all of the best jobs within a very close radius. It is a great place (one of the best on entire map) to level up. I am only trying to get the building medals, so if anyone would like to join, send me an in-game message and I will shoot you an invite. No contributions necessary.
