Town Founder vs. Town Councillor

Would someone tell me the difference between founder and councillor obviously the councillor has less priveledges, but what are they exactly? Also any tips on appointing councillors - who and why etcc???

A business owner needs management/supervisors don't they? They can do everything a founder can do except kick the founder out of town.

Town founders can change the towns name, councilors can't.

Councilors too can't downgrade the rank of the town's founder. I have been in both positions myself. The town's founder has twice more power. He is the only one I think who can manage the forum. Councilors can't manage the forums.
