We can also kick this idea around a bit as well.

It would give the newspapers something to write about as well.


For the towns that have active duelers ,,

This could come into play more when we have the location dueling on the maps.

2 towns agree to meet and duel it out , say at grave robber site north of "town x"


This is for World 2 towns , not meant to be idea for the game as a whole.

Good idea, as this would give the people who are much lower dueling levels than you high level players a chance as well.
