Town and Fort treasury

Not sure if this has been asked of yet. But If you have a town that has been completed and you still have money in your Town treasury. Why can it used in your Fort. It seems a waste that we still have players buy in our town yet the money that goes into the treasury can no longer be used. It would be good to use it to help build the our forts or even have some upgrades for the towns. Would like to know what other town and fort owners think.

It's good to have it in your town treasury just in case you have a fort attacked and lose it. Then you have the money to attack and try to gain it back.

You can use the money to declare fort battles,that's the only use you can get out of it.
