..if player A has aim - 80 and player B has dodge 90, is that mean that there is no chance for player A to hit player B?...

...then there is really no point to put alot of skills in dodge and leave reflex/tougness with 0....

The best way to overcome a resistance build is aim for the head. you never miss and it does that bit of extra damage you need :)

Wrong, and wrong.

I've fought resistance duelers and had them completely dominated in terms of being able to hit them easily and dodging MOST of their blows. But, it didn't matter. The duel went like this...

I hit them 8 times for an average of 10 points per hit.
They hit me once for 120 points.
They win.

For fun, I changed my dueling stance to concentrate on hits (no dodge) and aimed all for head shots. Then it came out like this...

I hit them 6 times for an average of 20 points per hit.
They hit me twice for 240 points.
They win.

The ONLY way to beat a resistance fighter is to have a ridiculously high vigor/shooting. The resistance fighter will mitigate and beat a high dodge, aim, hit points, appearance and tactics. You HAVE TO HAVE a high vigor/shooting to win. Period.
