What are the facts about them? I know that what they do is... um.. heinous but are they actually evil?

First it needs to be indicated that sex offense is a catch-all for any sex, nude, intended or inferred nude/sex action deemed criminal within a particular State and/or Nation. It doesnt differentiate between severity, age, consent/non-consent, nudity, contact, or penetration. Heinious is a presumption on your part.
