im trying to do the The travelling circus (The new Horse) Quest and it requires me to "Transfer Horses" But i have no such job option..help anyone?

I gave you the answer. That link has been enough for everybody else I've given it to. You don't have enough LP to see it...

gear, slices of cake, gent's dinners, shop instructions...reskill. depends on how far from the job you are, which is something only you know so far.

Also foropesh777 I'd like to point you to The West Wiki which describes in detail how Jobs and Labor Points work. Simply put if you don't have the labor points then you need to accrue them via leveling your character and using the subsequent SP, find/acquire better gear that enhances your LP total, or as the last user stated use buffs from the Shop or craft products to temporarily enhance your LP total for the job in question.

I think that about sums this thread up.
