Weekly Draw Rules:(Please scroll down to the last post to find the current week's available prizes)
- Depending on your entry - $5000, $10000 or $15000 Entry fee deducted from your bank account (Cash on hand will not be used).
- You may enter as many times as you like. One ticket per world will need to be submitted in this instance.
- Under no circumstances can we provide prizes to an alternate world other than the world you entered your ticket from.
- Who may enter? Everyone excluding Community Managers.
- No late entrants will be accepted.
- Each weekly draws closes on Sunday 23:59 Server time where the next draw will open every Monday 00:01 server time.
- Every Monday NINE names will be randomly drawn and announced here on the forum. Spot prize names will be included in the forum announcement.
- No refunds are provided after entry or after the winners have been drawn.
- You may not enter for someone else on their behalf.
- Forum entries will not be accepted.
- Please do not spam the support system, I have specifically created this thread to handle all queries and only queries.
- Community Managers reserve the right to disqualify any player from the draw.
How to enter:

- You can only enter via the support ticket system.
- Send in a Support Ticket with the title "Weekly draw entry #x (x replaced with the actual draw number of the week).
- Choose the correct world you wish to have the funds deducted.
- Choose the category 'Other' when sending in the ticket.
- In the body of the ticket, please indicate in which category you would like to enter ($5000, $10000 or $15000). If you wish to enter multiple categories, please specify how many times in which categories you wish to enter. Please indicate the amount you are aware that will be deducted from your bank account in the body of the message.
- You will get a response within 72 hours of entry. If not, please reply on your ticket, do not create a new ticket.
- Failure to enter correctly may result in your character being disqualified from that weekly draw.
Prizes:

- There are 3 categories: Elite ($15,000); Pro ($10,000) and General ($5,000)
- Each category has 3 prizes. The value of these items is decreasing from Elite to General category.
- Prizes vary from week to week, but we are trying to offer mostly named and special items, certainly no items you can buy in town shops.
- Each 50th entry is rewarded with a Steel lined box and a Bag with a rare product. Note: The list of entries is randomized before extracting winners.
How the winners are extracted:

- For Elite prizes, 3 random names are extracted from a list of names containing Elite entries only.
- For Pro prizes, 3 random names are extracted from a list of names containing Elite and Pro entries.
- For General prizes, 3 random names are extracted from a list of names containing Elite, Pro and General entries.
- Note: A player from world X can win only ONE prize in the same category no matter how many entries were created. Obviously an Elite entrant can win ONE prize in Elite, Pro and General category in the same draw, but only ONE prize per category. Spot prizes have no such restrictions. However the same player from world Y is considered a different entrant.
- Extractions of winners is done without human interference. A computer program randomizes all entries and extracts 3 random unique names per category and subsequently (TotalNoOfEntries / 50) random unique names for each 50th spot prize.
Weekly Lotto Subscription Service

- Enter automatically for each weekly draw without the need to create further tickets!
- Subscription is done for an undefined amount of weeks and runs until you cancel it.
- Firstly you will need to open a new ticket under the option "Other" titling the ticket as "Weekly Lotto Subscription".
- In the body of the ticket, please indicate how many times and what category you would like to enter each week.
- If you wish to enter this service from more than one world, you will need to open a subscription ticket for each world you would like to have this service on.
- We will automatically process your entry during the course of the week (usually Sunday), once your entry has been processed, you will receive a closed ticket from us indicating you have been entered into the weekly draw.
- If by some chance you do not have available funds in your bank account we will presume you do not want to participate in that week and you will not be entered for that week.
- As with normal entries, we do not offer refunds for this service.
- You may cancel this service at any time by sending in a support ticket indicating you no longer wish to continue entering the weekly lotto draw.
Rules, how to enter, prizes and subscription service are subject to change at any given time at the discretion of a Community Manager.
