I need help fighting him because I always keep dying to him any advice? I also need help in another quest where you are suppose to catch a thief that robs people at 7:00pm. Do I have to be there at 7pm?
well as for jacob...i guess just see your duel reports and see where he hits and dodge those moves usually at about 50 dodge(with clothes bonus included) he misses all his shots if u are dodging correctly
as for ur second question bout the thief...see this:
Jacob, Mugridge, and most of the more difficult quest NPCs in class quests and other newer quests are random, but they're only random the first time you duel them. They don't change after that.
