He ignores it like any other quest product. All he takes are regular job products, and only those that are actually shown in the window. No 100 bond products (which aren't shown in job windows), no uncut gems (also not shown), no notes, no keys, etc.
 
I have a lot of trouble getting filtered water, tried all kinds of combinations with 15 secs, 10 minutes and 1hour coal mining with jug of water equiped, from 20:00 to 22:00h, am i missing something or this step just has a miserable drop rate?
 
Its Sunday night after 1000pm, I have got the Magnifying glass - Any ideas of what to next?

Im not getting unpolished glass. I tried many times Building irrigation system with canteen equipped between 13 and 14.00. Is it so hard to get?
 
Any results with magnifying glass equiped on new jobs that we got? Ill try pinkerton agent for a few days.
