Confirmed The Campaign locations still locked after completing previous part

Anyone have a link to the wiki page that has the walkthrough for this quest? My level 130 character on Colorado is stuck after finishing "Other Tribes" part and the Indian Village (same place as Waupee's Village) is locked at the correct location since my level 149 character on Arizona has the location unlocked.A link would be very helpful. Thanks.

Edit: After checking the Dutch wiki page that had the walkthrough, the location was supposed to be unlocked on completion of the "Other Tribes" part of the questline. It is STILL locked for my level 130 character on Colorado. My level 149 characters on World 12 and Arizona both have the location unlocked after finishing that part of the quest. I'll just post this in the bug section.

One of the locations is bugged in this questline, which will hopefully be fixed soon.

I am facing the same issue with colorado only. I send in a ticket and was assured that its not a bug and to refer to the forum and wiki help. I still cannot find out what I am doing wrong here. Plz help!!

Rib, I am also waiting. Although it is odd because some of my ally members have
that location unlocked, but I do not. I have finished Other Tribes and am of the
proper level ( way above) for this quest. Devs, please fix asap. Thank you.
