Proposal
To update the Residents panel in the Town Hall to include additional statistics. This will assist Founders and Councillors to keep track of peoples contribution to the treasury and construction, without the use of outside tools.

Details
Under the regular table is a bar similar to that under the construction table. This bar provides four buttons which change the stats displayed to Full, Basic (current view), Treasury Only and Construction Only. To allow for this (without compromising viewing space) the table must be slightly longer vertically. Only a vertical scroll bar is necessary, except for in Full View. The table would act as normal except with these extra stats.

The stats displayed will include:
~Construction of Town Buildings
~Town Treasury
~Construction Skill Points
~Cash [not in bank]
~Construction per week
~Donations per week
~Last Construction
~Last Donation
~Percentage of Construction
~Percentage of Treasury Donations

Summary
People have been arguing over automatic systems for a while now so I hope this compromise will be accepted by you all. It doesn't take money off people automatically but allows you to instantly see who has or hasn't been paying their fair share, without the need for outside tools.

Under the list of treasury donations (in the Bank) would be a simple link saying "Complete Details". The link would make a new window appear which would display a table. Across the top would be some stats and down the side would be players' usernames.

Feedback
People have suggested that this should be visable in the Town Hall (where a couple of stats currently are). When I thought of this I imagined that all this information wouldn't fit there, but apparently no-one sees this way. So these extra stats could be inserted here.

I really like it. I've long been an advocate of a better tracking system.

I would make it include construction hours too, and have it in the town hall though. It would be easier to just expand the current log that is there. It could look like:

yeah i like your idea :)

i use excel right now and it show me almost the same info but i have to update it my self. it whould be great to see it be done automaticly.

also a thing i have in excel is the total amount of money donated. and and how maney % each member of the town has given of the total amount. it whould be great to see that in the idea to.

mabey also a way to hide this info and go back to how it is now. if it is gonna be in town hall.

I would drop "Current Cash" that's a privacy killer.

This I like . I strongly believe it is up to the town to manage their affairs .
Giving them a tool to assist them in that is a good thing .

Basically, it has renamed two columns and added 4 new ones. A short formula would work out the contents, so it would be simple enough.

Ok I've edited it. Hopefully this will make it smaller to fit into Town Hall Screen AND be more useful than before. If you like it please rate it as I'd love to see this go to the polls!

I like it too. But if there are any concerns about space, town councils could easily work out weekly donation/construction averages if we simply had a column which gave us the number of weeks each player had been a town member. Maybe I'm blind, but I don't think that info is recorded anywhere.

i h8 it just to be different

no i like it it adds more detail which is needed for better running of the town and know ing what members to give the boot
