Yep, you too can live for free in one of our high grade river side apartments and shop in our rich stores which give huge discounts for the towns citizens. All we ask is for donations from time to time. Give what you can give. It is all in your own self interest anyway since the more cash, the more we can build and improve.

Coughs and loses the weird car salesman that just possessed his body and manages to halt that creepy "salesman smile" before it becomes permanent.
