Resolved Store Levels of Item Sets

I apologize if this has already been asked, but I searched quite a few times and couldn't find a thread for it...

I'm just wondering at what store levels the 'item set' items arrive at. Does anybody know for sure, or is it just random? In w6 my bf and I are building our own town, and instead of travelling to another town to go buy pilgrim clothes, I'm wondering if there is a certain level they would arrive at, if we get them at all. Then we can just wait patiently, haha! We pray before finishing a level, and we've even tried praying before every build session, to no avail.

Any info or insight would be appreciated. Thanks! :D

The hats appear at level 6 while the shoes and gown (female) and shirt (male) appear at level 7. If your tailor is already higher than this, you cant get them in your tailor.

Oh snap, thanks so much! We just built Level 6 Tailor up 5 days ago...guess we missed out on that... :(
