i recommend twcalc script, it greatly helps the crafting interface, and will show ur points at profile.
if u dont have a script installed, click your avatar, and then the master saddler tab (should be the last one to the right)

Assuming you ARE a Saddler, your Saddler level will be in the Craft tab in the bottom of the screen menu bar as well as under the link inside your profile through your large portrait in the upper left of the UI. If you are a different Craft, you will never have a Saddler level; as the quest to select your craft mentions, once you do so, it is set in stone.
Labour points vary by task, equipment, and buffs, but each task menu shows your current total for that task.
Without knowing which territory you live in, and also having a corresponding character in that territory, no one here can help look you up.
