Open any graphics editor (like Paint), hit ctrl+V to paste, select the area you want to keep and crop it, upload it to an image host (I prefer imgur, get the direct URL for the pic and paste it between the [noparse]
[/noparse] tags or copy the BB Code from the image host after uploading. There are also browser add-ons to simplify taking and uploading screen shots.
