Special Jobs (fishing rod, shovel, etc.)

Anyone know whether the programmers changed the special jobs you get for equipping a fishing rod, shovel, etc. I have done these jobs in other worlds, but I've equipped a fishing rod & shovel here and the jobs didn't show up. Any insight would be helpful.

I'm level 20 and i can do them, they are definately still available :)
