soldier bonus

need a quick clarification on how the soldiers leadership bonus actually works in battles...lets assume i have lead 88 (no prem) and am a soldier... do i add +22 on another battlers lead skill or do i add 1,5 on their attack/defense values?

oooooook since it seems everyone is clueless about this may i ask the mods if they can check with the devs?:unsure:

"In fort battles, you increase the leadership skill for you and your four neighbors by 25% of your own leadership skill."

It raises the leadership skill by the sounds of it.

There's no need to check anything. The answer is easy and is posted by sambee. That info is in the game, in the character window.
It says clearly: increase leadership skill. The bonus resulted is dependent their own skills according to the bonus calculation formula. The bonus is not the same for everybody.
