Description:
After excepting "time to go back to town" in crystal town, "The fisherman" and " lunch break" don't show up. I have been told it is at the riverbed, but doesn't show up.
I have also checked every quest giver i can.

I have already hard refreshed my browser. (This can be done by pressing Ctrl + F5 on Windows or ⌘ + F5 on Macs.)
I have already consulted the Bugs FAQ.
I have searched if the bug has been reported before.
If applicable, I have tried disabling all browsers addons, userscripts and extensions.

make sure you have completed https://tw-calc.net/quests/group/54 it opened it for me :) Good luck

did you do the other parts of the quest though? that's when the next quests become available

same as with some older quests
