Saloon repeatable quests not appearing.

I have three accounts each on a different server, and some of the the quests under the tab: "Tasks" are not appearing. Some of the ones not showing up are "Wanted: Ground coffee", "Wanted: Fish", and "Wanted: Fish". I was able to do those quests about a month ago, and all of them were on the quest list
a few weeks ago, and my level has not changed on those accounts, however, now the quests aren't showing up on three accounts. Basically, I did those quests, not too long ago, and now they aren't appearing again. The situation started on only one account, and now it has spread to to two others. So, I'm wondering how I can get the quests to reappear. 'The West' wiki says there's a minimum level for the quests, but no maximum, and since they're repeatable, I don't see why I can't do them again one day after another, as I used to do them.

Do you still have the requisite amounts of the product on hand? If you're below (15?), you can't see them at all.

Maybe that's it. I think I don't have enough of the products for some of the quests. The thing is, I used to see the quests even when I didn't have all of the products, and the quest description would say how much products I had, and how much I needed, sort of like this: 12/15, or something like that.

It could be the quests start appearing when you have 11 on hand? I'm not really sure how low in stock you can go before you lose sight. They all need 15 to turn in, so that's where the (15?) above came from. Each task site drops more than 15/hour to quality Common Drop kits, so it won't take you too long to grab some and be back on track. Much luck!

according to both tw-db and twcalc [yes I realize they are not 'official' sites] you have to have at least 10 of the required items to have them show up, and 15 to complete them. So check your numbers. That is probably the minimum requirement you saw listed.
I could not find any information about the four "wanted" quests on the wiki or the knowledge base.
